TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1991 CHEVROLET CAMARO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE TURNING ON THE IGNITION, HE SMELLED VAPORS AND FUMES EMITTING FROM THE REAR END OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT FOUND RECALL 94V077000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE, STORAGE, TANK ASSEMBLY, FILLER PIPE AND CAP) WHICH HE BELIEVED WAS DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN INSPECTED WHEN THE COMPLAINT WAS FILED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE APPROXIMATELY 189,000.

I WAS HIT IN THE REAR BY A CAR GOING APPOX. 20-25 MPH THE PASS. SEAT BELT NOT ONLY DID NOT HOLD BUT IT BROKE OUT OF THE SEAT MY BELT RETRACTOR ON THE DRIVER SIDE DIDNT STOP ME FROM HITTING THE STEERING WHEEL MY HUSBAND WAS IN THE PASSENGER. SEAT HIS DID NOT STOP HIM AND COMPLETELY PULLED LOOSE FROM SEAT HE HAS NECK INJURIES. *AK
