CERTAIN LINK ULTRARIDE REAR AIR SUSPENSION SYSTEMS, MODEL 8M000070, SOLD FOR INSTALLATION AS AFTERMARKET EQUIPMENT ON GM CHASSIS MODELS 4500 AND 5500, AMBULANCES AND SHUTTLE BUSES. THE AXLE SIDE LATERAL CONTROL BRACKET OF THE SUSPENSION HAS CRACKED IN SOME CASES.

WE LOST A BABY VIA DNC ON THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING 2010 AND THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING MY HUSBAND WENT TO LEAVE WORK TO COME HOME AND STARTED THE TRUCK TO LET THE ENGINE WARM AND NEXT THING HE KNEW THERE WAS SMOKE COMING FROM UNDER THE TRUCK. IT WAS RAINING SO AT FIRST HE ASSUMED IT WAS CONDENSATION BURNING OFF THE EXHAUST. NEXT THING HE KNEW THE DASH WAS ON FIRE AND WE LOST OUR TRUCK. THE BODY SHOP AND INSURANCE COMPANY DEEMED THAT THE "BRAKE RELAY BOX" HAD SHORTED OUT CAUSING THE FIRE. IT TOOK MONTHS TO SETTLE WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND WE STILL DIDN'T GET A FAIR SETTLEMENT. BECAUSE WE BOUGHT THE TRUCK TO CELEBRATE OUR NATURAL PREGNANCY AFTER GETTING AN OPINION FROM A FERTILITY DOCTOR WHO SAID WE COULDN'T DO IT NATURALLY WE BOUGHT THE TRUCK BACK FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND MY HUSBAND STILL SUFFERS MENTALLY FROM THE INCIDENT, MAINLY BECAUSE THE INSURANCE COMPANY FIRST INVESTIGATED US FOR ARSON AFTER WHAT WE HAD JUST WENT THROUGH 48 HOURS PRIOR AND SECOND BECAUSE THE PA
