THE VAN WAS IN AN ACCIDENT. DUE TO THE IMPACT OF THE HIT, AND THE FACT THAT THE VAN IS NOT SUITABLE PER FDA REQUIREMENTS FOR A CAR SEAT. I HAD TO INSTALL A SEAT FROM ANOTHER SUV IN ORDER FOR THE CAR SEAT TO BE INSTALLED. THIS WAS MY ONLY VEHICLE AND THE FACT THAT THERE WAS NO OPTION FOR A SAFE INFANT CAR SEAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. I WAS HIT BY A DRIVER THAT CAUSED MAJOR IMPACT AND COULD HAVE RESULTED IN DEATH DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS.
