THE TIRES WERE REPLACEMENT TIRES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE DOT NUMBER WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 06T016000 (TIRES). THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
