THE PLASTIC HOUSING FOR THE RETRACTING PORTION OF THE SEAT BELTS IS MADE OF TWO PARTS. WITH TIME AND USE THESE TWO PARTS WHICH ARE PARTIALLY GLUED TOGETHER AND HAVE SMALL NIPPLES TO HOLD THEM TOGETHER BEGIN TO COME APART AND FINALLY BREAK IN TWO LEAVING YOU WITHOUT ANY PROTECTION AS THE SPRING THEN GOES FLYING AND THE SEAT BELT FALLS APART AND DOES NOT HOLD.
