I'M THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF A 1991 CHEV. S-10 BLAZER WHOM HAS LIVED AT THE SAME ADDRESS SINCE BEFORE THE PURCHASE OF THE VEHICLE. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY RECALL INFORMATION ON THIS VEHICLE SINCE THE PURCHASE OF IT. THE PAINT HAS BEEN WASHING OFF OF THE VEHICLE, IT LEAVES THE PRIMER. THE PAINT IS SEPARATING FROM THE PRIMER.
