TL*- THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE OWNS A 1992 CHEVROLET ASTRO VAN. HE PURCHASED NEW TIRES FOR HIS VEHICLE 11/24/06. ON 04/15/07, WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE HE HEARD NOISE COMING FROM UNDER THE HOOD OF THE VEHICLE, AND THE VEHICLE BEGAN SHAKING. HE LATER LEARNED THAT THE NOISE WAS COMING FROM THE TIRES. ALL FOUR TIRES HAD AN INDENTION ON THE OUTER SECTION OF THE THREAD LINING ABOVE THE RIM. THE TIRES WERE GOODYEAR EAGLE TIRES SIZE 225 70/S15. HE TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK TO SEARS WHERE HE PURCHASED THE TIRES AND THEY INFORMED HIM THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE TIRES. HE INFORMED THEM THAT HE'S NEVER SEEN THIS ON TIRES. SEARS TOLD HIM THAT THIS WAS THE TURNING POINT ON THE TIRES. SEARS DID OFFER TO GIVE HIM A NEW SET OF FOUR TIRES THAT WERE LARGE ENOUGH TO PUT ON AN SUV. HE DECLINED THE OFFER AND LEFT. SEARS INFORMED HIM THAT THEY WOULD ORDER HIM SOME NEW TIRES.
