The OnStar Telematics Module has malfunctioned and is causing SAFETY FEATURES to malfunction. It is causing the following to occur to the vehicle: 1. The contact owned a 2022 Buick Envision. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 15 MPH, another vehicle failed to yield and collided with the contact’s vehicle. The contact stated that all of the air bags deployed. The contact stated that due to the steering air bag deploying, the emblem on the steering wheel column caused a severe arm injury. I started the car. Backed out of my driveway. Put into drive. The car stalled I shifted to park tried to restart. It wouldn’t. At that point I tried to put car into neutral I couldn’t. There is no way to shift this car into neutral. ( I checked with service department at gmdealer). This alone is dangerous the car cannot be moved. Anyway the car was towed to a dealer who fixed it.
