Car was purchased on 1/2/25 and first issue with vehicle was on 1/30/25 for check engine light. Feb 20,2025-Check engine light, car shakes, radio and dash go in and out, passenger rear window screeches. issues fixed except vibration. May 26, 2025 check engine light. rear window still making noise-fixed . Trunk gets stuck-no fix. Unaligned lane assist, car continues to shake. Sept, 26 2025-Brakes continue to make noise and now pulsate. Dealer found that pads and rotors were warped and had discoloration, and were replaced under warranty at 11,845 miles. CAR WAS IN SERVICE FROM SEPT 26-OCT 23, 2025. BRAKE NOISE STARTED 2 DAYS LATER-TEXTED ADVISOR Dec 4-Car continues to shake and brakes continue to make squealing noise. Have email from GM TAC stating "SOME noise from the brakes is a normal characteristic, especially if the brakes are cold or wet. this is a condition we have no control over as it has to deal with the environment and weather. I LIVE IN FLORIDA! CAR WAS IN SERIVCE DEC 4

What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? - Had to do with the Transmission. Something about internal loose bolts from the factory in the torque converter that cause transmission fluid leakage and making the car undrivable. Might be related to PIP6005 or CSP N242473580) How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? Not being able to take off from a stoplight could have been easily rear ended. Had it broke a came to a complete stop on the interstate, my wife and kids could have been killed from high speed impact at the rear of the vehicle could have life impacting injuries or death. The engine and/or powertrain system catastrophically failed while the vehicle was in motion on the freeway. The vehicle lost power, shut down, and became disabled. The vehicle is currently in the possession of the Buick dealership and is available for inspection upon request. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? The failure occurred while driving my husband and children in fast-moving freeway traffic. The vehicle suddenly lost power and shut down, forcing us to coast to the shoulder while traffic was moving around us. This created an extremely dangerous situation that could have resulted in a serious crash, injuries, or fatalities to my family and other motorists. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? Yes. The Buick dealership confirmed the engine failure and advised that the vehicle needs a replacement engine. Driving down the street after a short trip this morning with no one on the road in front of us the vehicle had an alert like we were about to impact someone and braked pretty hard 2x back to back with the collision alert popping up. The person behind us had to slam on their brakes and BARELY avoid hitting us. There was NOTHING in front of us. This vehicle is dangerous to everyone around us and should be taken off the road.

Driving down the street after a short trip this morning with no one on the road in front of us the vehicle had an alert like we were about to impact someone and braked pretty hard 2x back to back with the collision alert popping up. The person behind us had to slam on their brakes and BARELY avoid hitting us. There was NOTHING in front of us. This vehicle is dangerous to everyone around us and should be taken off the road.

I wanted to update a previous report. The vehicle had had some odd electrical issues. The brakes ended up failing while driving but no electrical issues at the time proceeding it. What I wasn't able to report before was that the brake pedal sunk to the floor with no effort to stop the vehicle at all. The emergency brake is a button on the left side of the vehicle which was attempted to be engaged to stop. It made no effort to stop whatsoever. The vehicle is a danger to society. I just got it back from the dealership and they made an update to the computer or console but replaced no parts. These all need to be recalled no one should be driving these.

20251023LANE DEPARTURE: BLIND SPOT DETECTION

The contact owns a 2025 Buick Enclave. The contact stated that while attempting to switch lanes, the blind spot indicator on the passenger’s side mirror failed to illuminate to signal a nearby vehicle or object. The failure occurred intermittently. The vehicle was taken to the dealer four times; however, the dealer was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The mirror was replaced; however, the failure persisted. The manufacturer was informed of the failure and informed the contact that the mirror was designed for the sensor to activate within a certain proximity, and if the vehicle or object was not within that range, the driver would not receive a signal. The contact was referred to the dealer, who confirmed that the indicator was working intermittently. The failure mileage was unknown.

The wireless charging tray on my Enclave gets the phone very hot. It gets so hot that my phone shuts down. This happens with Pixel, Samsung and Apple devices. There are several reports on the web regarding this issue. I even tried to charge my phone without a case same issue. This is a concern because it can cause a vehicle fire. The batter gets so hot that it can easily catch on fire

20250929CrashCHILD SEAT

The contact owns an Evenflo Safety Seat, Model Type: Revolve Extend 360 Rotational All-in-One Convertible Car Seat, Model Number: 25701756, manufactured in October 2022. The safety seat was being utilized in a 2025 Buick Enclave. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 35-45 MPH, the vehicle was T-boned by another vehicle on the passenger side. The air bags did not deploy. The safety seat was located on the rear driver's side, and another safety seat was on the rear passenger's side; however, the rear passenger's side safety seat showed no visible signs of damage. There were no passengers in the safety seats. The contact stated that the rear driver's side safety seat was in rear-facing position, but after the crash, the safety seat had rotated to forward-facing and had separated from its detachable base, landing on its back.
