THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT IT WAS EQUIPPED WITH ALL SEASON TIRES; HOWEVER, THE VEHICLE WAS EQUIPPED WITH SUMMER TIRES. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE EXPERIENCED DIFFICULTY MANEUVERING THE VEHICLE WHILE DRIVING IN SNOW. ALSO, WHILE DRIVING 8 MPH OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY, THE VEHICLE SPUN AROUND AND CRASHED INTO A CURB EXTREMELY HARD. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY UPON IMPACT OF THE CRASH. THE CONTACT WAS NOT INJURED.
