I had owned my car as the first owner. Within the first year of ownership, I experienced my first suspension failure. I have had multiple instances of brake failure while driving this car and it is to a point where I've been directed by my attorney to not drive the vehicle anymore. First instance of possible serious injury or death occurred on 1/15/2024: I brought the vehicle in to Audi of Iowa City because the brakes did not feel reliable. Several days before I brought the vehicle in, I was going 35 MPH and had the pedal all the way to the floor before it would stop. The ABS kicked on to stop the vehicle.
