The contact stated that the software was updated but the charging cable was not replaced. The contact called the dealer, and it was stated that the dealer had given the replacement cable to another customer. The dealer stated that a replacement charging cable would be mailed to the contact. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. Parts distribution disconnect.
