I was hit by a large truck on the driver side as I was in the right lane catching up to a safe speed. The hit spun the car around at least 180 degrees. Due to the massive pain I couldn’t move. The car just shut off completely to include all functions. There were no prompts from the car’s emergency to call for help which I find as a fault. Luckily I was in a populated area and emergency was able to respond. I am seeing reports in forums with photo evidence that the SOS function is malfunctioning. The car is likely in a junk yard. I took the car in a month or so back for a charging module fault. Audi in Lehi claimed to have seen a significant number of faults but couldn’t identify and remedy them.

20231108CrashLANE DEPARTURE: WARNING

My wife was involved in an accident with her Audi Q4 E-Tron on Monday, August 7, 2023 at approximately noon. She was driving into Boulder to pick up our granddaughter from an art camp in Table Mesa. On her way to Boulder, she noticed that the lane departure warning indicator light was not working which was odd because she had been using that since she purchased the car. She was also in Drive B (regenerative braking) mode. She drove into the parking area and was pulling into a parking spot very slowly. When she moved her foot off of the accelerator towards the brake, the car lunged forward at an incredible speed. She pushed on the brake pedal with all her might, but it did not stop her from crashing into a pole, another car and the store front of Weaver’s Dive Shop. This resulted in damages that were determined to be a total loss by the insurance company. We have researched the web to determine if this situation has happened to others. We were not surprised to discover that Uninten

About 50 to 65% of the time when I put the car in reverse, the rear facing camera does not work. There is only black showing where the rear image should appear.

Upon starting the car after a long (100 mile) drive many error warnings occurred and the vehicle was very difficult to drive. We only attempted to back out of the driveway so it could be towed for repair. Audi has had the car for 4 months and has been unable to diagnose the problem and fix the car.

The rearview camera does not show when the vehicle is placed in reverse gear. We found that some Audi Q4 2022 was recalled #22V823000 but our car Q4 2022 was not. Now we got this issue. We believe that we should have be recalled and should be repaired free of charge. Thank you.
