ON FEBRUARY 4, 2006 I WAS DRIVING NORTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 95, BETWEEN EXITS 15 AND 16 IN NORWALK, CONNECTICUT. I WAS THE ONLY OCCUPANT OF THE CAR, AND I WAS DRIVING IN THE MIDDLE LANE AT APPROXIMATELY 60 MILES PER HOUR. THE TIME WAS APPROXIMATELY 12:30 PM. SMOKE AND FLAMES SUDDENLY STARTED POURING OUT OF THE VENTS ON THE DASHBOARD.
