THE DEALER STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS THE CONTACT'S RESPONSIBILITY. THE DEALER FURTHER STATED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 96V017000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:IGNITION:SWITCH).
