When I call to get my car worked on, no Lithia dealer can help me. Alfa Romeo customer service has confirmed they will NOT provide any assistance with me getting my recall fixed due to being in the state of Alaska. The back up camera has failed to display on the radio screen when the vehicle is placed in reverse on multiple occasions.
