TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 ACURA TSX. WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH, THE CONTACT REAR ENDED ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT SUFFERED INJURIES TO THE MOUTH AND SUSTAINED MILD STOMACH PAIN. MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS RECEIVED. THE DRIVER OF THE OTHER VEHICLE COMPLAINED OF PAIN AND WAS ALSO TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A BODY SHOP. THE CONTACT DID NOT KNOW WHETHER THE VEHICLE COULD BE REPAIRED OR WOULD BE DESTROYED. THE MANUFACTURER

THE CONTACT SUSTAINED A CHEST INJURY THAT DID NOT REQUIRE MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE BODY DAMAGE WAS REPAIRED.
