THE CONTACT HAS REPORTED THE FAILURE TO THE DEALER BUT NOT THE MANUFACTURER. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE CONTACT IS CONCERNED THAT IF THE BRAKES WERE NOT APPLIED A FATALITY COULD HAVE OCCURRED.
