THE LEFT REAR TIRE EXPERIENCED A BLOWOUT, WHICH CAUSED CONSUMER TO LOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE, CONSUMER CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO SEND IN THE DAMAGED TIRE, ONCE THE MANUFACTURER RECEIVED THE TIRE, THEY STATED THE TIRE WAS NOT AT FAULT, BUT THE RIM WAS DUE TO IT LEAKING, AND THERE WAS NO FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ON THEIR PART, AND THEREFORE THE CLAIM WAS DENIED.MR *JB

I HAVE OWNED 2 ACURA LEGENDS 1992 & 1995. FAILURE OF RADIATOR TOP TANK $600 REPAIR ON BOTH AT APPRX 75,000 MILES. SCALDING OR STRANDING CAN OCCUR. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A COMMON FAILURE IN HONDA RADIATORS. *AK

CONSUMER STATES THAT THERE IS ONLY A 10 MINUTES ALLOWANCE BEFORE VEHICLE AUTOMATICALLY LOCKS. CONSUMER WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 10-15 MPH WHEN SHE RAN ACROSS A MANHOLE AND THE AIR BAGS DEPLOYED AND SHATTERED THE WINDSHIELD. THE SMELL FROM THE AIR BAGS WAS VERY STRONG/ OBNOXIOUS AND THICK WHITE SMOKE APPEARED. *AK
