The driver seat is not made to be at appropriate lowering and lifting levels for driver safety in drives. It should allow for 120 degree angles but doesn't. SINCE leasing this vehicle my circulation has slowed and I am experiencing daily leg cramps and foot pain. It can dangerously cause blood clots if I don't get out of this vehicle soon. It's been about 8 months and I've been getting worse. I wobble when I walk now from the pain in both legs. I've reported this to my doctor and I have no medical blood tests that signify a reason for this pain. The seat hits the back of my knee. Bending my leg at the proper level causes me to have to use my ankle in awkward positions which is now causing my achilles to over-tighten and my heel to hurt. Neither a dealer nor an independent mechanic was contacted. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer or an independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V744000 (STEERING); however, the VIN was not included in the recall. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The contact was referred to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was 48,200.
