TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1994 PLYMOUTH VOYAGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE HAD TO REPLACE THE WINDOW SHIELD WIPER MOTOR THREE TIMES IN A ONE YEAR PERIOD. THE CONTACT FOUND NHTSA RECALL CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 99V189000 (VISIBILITY: WINDSHIELD WIPER/WASHER LINKAGES), WHICH DEALT WITH THE DRIVER'S SIDE PIVOT ASSEMBLY. THE CONTACT SPOKE WITH THE MANUFACTURER AND WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 68,000.
