THIS CAR IS EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEMS AS DESCRIBED IN NHTSA RECALL 03V327000. THE SIGNAL LIGHTS AND HAZARD LIGHTS ARE INTERMITTENTLY WORKING AND NOT RELIABLE AT ALL.
