HEADLIGHTS GO OUT WITHOUT WARNING WHILE DRIVING. MUST PULL & HOLD DIMMER LEVER TO ENGAGE "BRIGHT" LIGHTS TO HAVE ANY ILLUMINATION OF THE STREET. *KB
