TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THE VEHICLE REAR FRAME AND UNDER BODY SHIELD WAS CORRODED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED, BUT DENIED ASSISTANCE WITH REPAIR. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 85,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 110,000. THE GAS TANK AND FUEL TANK STRAPS WERE REPLACED DUE TO RUST. UPDATED 11/04/11
