Complaint Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 FORD WINDSTAR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT BRAKE FLUID WAS LEAKING OUT OF THE BRAKE PRESSURE DIFFERENTIAL ACTIVATION SWITCH. THE FAILURE CAUSED A FUSE TO BLOW, WHICH CAUSED THE SPEEDOMETER TO FAIL. THE FUSE HAS BURNED OUT AND BEEN REPLACED FOUR TIMES. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN INSPECTED BY A MECHANIC. THE CONTACT BELIEVES THAT A RECALL SHOULD BE ISSUED. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 111,000.
