TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 MERCURY SABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR COIL SPRINGS ARE SPLITTING IN HALF ON HIS VEHICLE. THE FRONT COIL SPRINGS MAY ALSO BE FAILING. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL. THE CONTACT WANTS HIS VEHICLE REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000.
