TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LEFT AND RIGHT TURN SIGNALS FAILED INTERMITTENTLY. THE CONTACT REFERENCED RECALL # 03V327000 (EXTERIOR LIGHTING:HAZARD FLASHING WARNING LIGHTS:SWITCH). HER VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED AT THIS TIME. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT MILEAGE IS 118,000 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 114,000.
