TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 FORD MUSTANG. THE CONTACT CALLED FORD IN REGARDS TO RECALL # 99V250000 (SEAT BELTS:FRONT:ANCHORAGE). HE STATED THAT HE IS EXPERIENCING THE SAME DEFECT FAILURE AS NOTED IN THE RECALL BECAUSE THE SEAT BELT FAILS TO PULL OUT FROM THE RETRACTOR. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. THE ENGINE SIZE WAS UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT MILEAGE IS 85,000 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
