HE SWERVED TO PASS TO THE LEFT AND A CAR WAS TURNING RIGHT. HE SLOWED DOWN TO PASS THE OTHER VEHICLE. WHEN HE WAS GOING AROUND THE OTHER CAR SOMETHING WENT WRONG AND LOST CONTROL AND HIT THE OTHER VEHICLE. *NM
