Complaint Description
The contact owns a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that while driving at 65 MPH, the vehicle lost motive power. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle failed to restart and was towed to the dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the high-pressure fuel pump and fuel system had failed and needed to be repaired.
