Complaint Description
The contact owns a 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC300. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the messages "Driverâs Air Bag Malfunction - Service Required" and "Collision Prevention Assist Unavailable" were displayed. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed and determined that the air bag had malfunctioned. The vehicle was not repaired.
