The contact owns a 2022 Ford Transit. The contact stated that while reversing, the back over prevention camera became inoperable. The contact stated that the image was distorted. The message Pre-Collison assist not available was displayed and then disappeared. The contact stated that the camera was repaired under recall. The contact stated that the camera was turning gray and blue. The manufacturer was contacted and helped with the repair. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The modules were reset by an independent mechanic.
