Complaint Description
The contact owns a 2022 GMC Sierra 1500. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the tailgate opened unintendedly. The contact stated that the failure occurred while the vehicle was idling or while parked. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed, and the contact was informed that the failure was caused by a corroded wire.
