Complaint Description
The contact owns a 2022 Ford Bronco. The contact received notifications of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 25V273000 (Back Over Prevention), 25V315000 (Back Over Prevention), and 25V455000 (Fuel System, Gasoline); however, the parts for the recall repairs were unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repairs. The contact stated that after the initial start, the back over the prevention camera displayed a black screen until the vehicle was restarted. The failure was intermittent. While driving out of a grocery store parking lot at approximately 5 - 10 MPH and attempting to accelerate into oncoming traffic, the vehicle stalled. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was pushed to a nearby parking lot with the help of the contact's spouse. The contact used a diagnostic machine to perform a diagnostic test on the vehicle.
