Complaint Description

The contact owns a 2019 Acura RDX. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the contact attempted to use the horn however, the horn was inoperable. The contact stated that while attempting to engage the horn, the horn failed to function properly or make a sound. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that there were internal parts located in parts of the horn that needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired.
