The contact owns a 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the message "Collision Avoidance Camera Fault" was displayed, indicating a camera malfunction. The contact stated that the message was also present on the Mobile App. The contact also stated that the failure was a recurring failure and the camera had been replaced four times, and the vehicle was serviced several times for the failure.
