Complaint Description
The contact owns a 2019 Ford Edge. The contact stated that while opening the liftgate to place groceries inside the vehicle, the liftgate attempted to close, and in the process,s the liftgate quickly closed, knocking the contact to the ground. No warning lights were illuminated. The contact was not injured, and no medical attention was needed. The local dealer was not contacted, and the vehicle was not diagnosed.
