Complaint Description
The contact owns a 2023 Toyota Sequoia Hybrid. The contact stated that the tow hitch cover had separated from the vehicle while driving. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the part was replaced; however, the failure persisted. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V640000 (Structure, Trailer Hitches); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted.
