Complaint Description

The contact owns a 2015 Ford Focus. The contact stated that while parked the fault in rear tail light signal illuminated. The contact changed the bulb and upon inspecting the vehicle contact noticed lighting panel was burned and damaged however the failure recurred. The vehicle was not towed to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed or repair. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 8,200.
