Complaint Description
The contact owns a 2020 Ford Mustang. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle stalled. The contact stated that a Fuel Inlet warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed, however; the contact was not provided the diagnostic result. The warning light was reset. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated the failure reoccurred. The vehicle was taken to a different dealer, where the contact was advised there were failures with the EVAP System; however, the full diagnostic result was not yet available.
