Complaint Description
The contact owns a 2016 Ford F-150. The contact stated while having the vehicle serviced at a local dealer for routine maintenance, the dealer was unable to remove the wheels because the lug nuts were swollen. The vehicle was taken to a local Auto Zone where the contact was advised to replace the lug nuts with after-market lug nuts due to the failure.
