Complaint Description
The contact owns a 2019 Ram 1500. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the contact became aware that there was water leaking from the driverâs side rear window. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer but was not diagnosed; however, the dealer inspected the vehicle and confirmed that there was a water leak coming from the driverâs side rear window. The dealer suggested that a Glass repair facility be contacted for assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 43,458.
