Complaint Description

The contact owns a 2016 Ford F-250. The contact stated that while driving 20 MPH, the vehicle lost motive power and stalled. The check engine warning light was illuminated, with a message stating to check the engine. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where a diagnostic test was performed.
