Complaint Description
The contact owns a 2021 Ford Explorer. The contact stated that the passengerâs side rear door glass fastener installed between the V-shaped glass and the door glass had fractured. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The contact was informed that the passengerâs side rear door glass fastener needed to be replaced. The contact was informed that the repair could not be covered under warranty. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance.
