Complaint Description
The contact owns a 2021 Ford F-150. The contact stated that after all four tires were replaced, the following day while driving at an undisclosed speed, the rear driverâs and passengerâs side tires seized without warning. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the rear axle half-shaft had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired.
