The contact owns a 2011 Ford F-150. The contact stated while driving approximately 30 MPH, the vehicle unintendedly downshifted to first gear. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to shift out of first gear. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic to be diagnosed.
