Complaint Description

The contact owns a 2015 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that while driving the 10 MPH, the contact attempted to make a left turn, but the vehicle failed to respond. The ADAS system and the Service Advancetrac warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was steered to the side of the road. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the racking and pinion needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
