Complaint Description
The contact owns a 2024 Mazda. CX-90 The contact stated while driving at undisclosed speeds, the blind side detector inadvertently illuminated. The contact stated that the blind side detector randomly illuminated without an object being nearby. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the blind spot sensors failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, but the failure could not be duplicated. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was provided a case number. The failure mileage was approximately 1,300.
