Complaint Description

The contact owns a 2020 Kia Telluride. The contact stated that while driving at night at an undisclosed speed, the high-beam headlight switch was activated; however, the high beam headlights failed to operate as designed. The contact was concerned that the failure could cause an accident because the illumination was not adequate while driving at night. The vehicle was taken to the dealer however, the cause of the failure could not be determined. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
