Complaint Description
The contact owns a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the massage "Blind Spot Service Unavailable" was displayed and the blind spot arrow was present in the driverâs side mirror causing a visibility hazard for the driver. The contact indicated that while driving in the dark the arrow created a glare in the side mirror making it difficult to view images in the mirror. Additionally, a constant audible chime was present while operating the vehicle. In addition, the back-up camera was also inoperable. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The manufacturer and local dealer were not yet contacted. The failure mileage was 120,000.
